How does Your Move’s price stack up against traditional real estate commissions.
Calculations are based on the midpoint for Real Estate Agent commission fees as sourced by agentfinder.co.nz/blog/how-much-real-estate-commission-should-i-pay as at March 2023.
The average real estate commission in New Zealand for residential properties mostly ranges from 2.95% to 3.95% of a sale price but only up to the first $400-$500k. This then reduces to around 2%-2.5% for the remainder of the sale price.
